💡 What Is Pulse Zone Training?

Pulse Zone is a 45-minute full-body circuit training workout, broken into 7 blocks. Each block includes 3 exercises performed for 25 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest, repeated 3 times. It’s perfect for beginners who want to build strength, burn fat, and gain confidence.
