The staff are knowledgeable and do their best to motivate you succeed in reaching your fitness goals. Workouts are low impact and a sensible nutrition plan that is easy to understand and follow. Definitely worth the money.

The coaches are very thorough and accommodating. The coaches have been able to help me modify exercises so that I can learn to pace myself and build up to more difficult moves. I feel challenged but not so much that I feel overwhelmed.
